What are your hours?
Our usual business hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, except for holidays.
What services do you provide?
We provide professional screen printing and embroidery on apparel, specialty, promotional items, banners and signs, and graphic design. If you need it, we will figure out to print it! We’ve got you covered!
Where are you located?
We are located at 919 Senate Drive, Centerville, OH 45459. Our administrative offices are on the street side Senate Drive, while the loading dock is in the back of the building.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Typically, orders are picked up at the Alley Cat loading dock (behind our building at 919 Senate Drive). However, if that is not possible, we can use a courier service (if local) or ship your order to you via UPS or the USPS for an additional fee.
Are you feeling the supply chain issues like everyone else?
Unfortunately, yes. Our suppliers are experiencing a significant apparel stock shortage. COVID-19, labor shortages, transportation issues, and more have limited stock to apparel such as t-shirts and hoodies in all colors. Please be assured that we are committed to providing you with the product you need. If we can’t find a particular brand, color, or size, we will advise you of a different option within your budget.
How long will it take to get my shirts?
That’s a tricky question. It really depends on how busy we are. Our usual turnaround time is approximately 10-14 days. However, with the current supply chain issues (stock and shipping), sometimes we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Rest assured, we will make your deadline a priority and work hard to meet it.
How do I create a webstore through Alley Cat?

Can I submit my own art?
Of course! While Alley Cat Designs has an amazing and talented art department, we are happy to work with your design. Please make sure you provide our art department with the art saved as a vector file and any other important information such as PMS colors and dimensions.
